Job Description

About the Role: 

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Manager to lead effective delivery and continuous improvement of our corporate services functions. This role covers facilities, travel, office administration, and corporate policies, ensuring our operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with strategic objectives. 

 

You will play a key role in: 

  • Implementing and maintaining contract management software 

  • Coordinating national building management activities, including leases, utilities, and service contracts. 

  • Managing corporate travel and related processes and policies. 

  • Overseeing centralised services such as stationery, postage, and office resources. 

  • Supporting onboarding/offboarding processes and coordinating access, equipment, and ad hoc requests. 

  • Contributing to the design and continuous improvement of procurement processes and policies. 

  • Supporting OHS & WHS initiatives in partnership with People & Culture. 

  • Identifying opportunities for operational improvement and implementing best practice initiatives.  

  • Contribution to cross-functional projects that enhance organisational effectiveness. 

 

What we are looking for

 
To succeed in this role, you will have: 

  • Proven experience in corporate services or operations. 

  • Solid understanding of contracts, procurement, and policy frameworks. 

  • Qualifications in Business Administration or a related field. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. 

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. 

  • Advanced digital literacy including Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, record-keeping, use of approved AI tools to increase efficiency. 

  • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills 

  • An ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
